The Department of Marketing, Communications and Digital Strategy is responsible for the overall brand management and communications and marketing activities on behalf of the entire Ohio State Wexner Medical Center, The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center James Cancer Hospital and Solove Research Institute and the College of Medicine. This senior consultant position sits within the Growth Marketing and Reputation Strategy Team and will support the strategic goals of three key Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center James Cancer Hospital and Solove Research Institute (OSUCCC James) programs: CancerBridge, Destination Medicine and The James Cancer Network.
Position Summary
Develop and implement marketing and communications programs to support the strategic and financial goals and objectives for CancerBridge, The James Cancer Network and Destination Medicine with in the OSUCCC James. The Marketing & Communications Senior Consultantposition will provide strategic marketing and communications support across all three of these key areas within the cancer program with a specific focus on driving audience engagement, growing volume and building name recognition and preference. This position will establish and implement tactics and priorities to further the OSUCCC James short and long-term business goals as outlined in annual operating plans and the cancer programs strategic plan.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in communications, marketing, journalism or related area. 3-5 years professional marketing and communications experience. Strong background in written communication and account management skills
