Director of Development Profile The Director of Development (DoD) will have proven moves management fundraising experience that has resulted in more than $2 million annually. A proven staff leader with more than seven years managing a development team. The selected candidate will work directly with the CEO and board to refine and implement the comprehensive, goal-based, long and short-term fundraising plan. This will include major gifts, annual gifts, planned giving, special events, corporate and foundation giving and other initiatives that will increase support.
