What we’re looking for: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Strategist to join our marketing team. This exciting opportunity includes developing RSNA’s digital marketing framework from the ground up and ensuring RSNA stays current on this ever-evolving field. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of how AI is transforming SEO and will proactively guide RSNA through the evolution of AI redefining digital marketing and the SEO landscape. This position includes leading a cross-departmental team of individuals whose roles include aspects of digital marketing (email, paid & organic social, web, etc.).
In this position, you will be responsible for:
Developing RSNA’s digital marketing strategy
Leading a cross-departmental, cross-functional digital marketing team
Defining and executing the SEO strategy (including technical SEO, on-page and off-page SEO)
Defining, tracking, analyzing and summarizing our digital marketing KPIs

What you'll do:
Plan and direct all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising campaigns to increase rankings, traffic and conversions
Establish digital marketing campaign goals (ROI and KPIs); measure and report performance
Collaborate with and guide content creators throughout the organization to optimize content development for SEO and the increasingly prominent role of AI
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on data
Strengthen RSNA’s digital marketing program by recommending training opportunities for digital marketing staff as well as identifying and implementing relevant AI tools
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Collaborate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results
Develop and monitor campaign budgets while optimizing performance
What you'll need:
Proven successful track record in digital marketing
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, email, social media and/or display advertising
Flexible, creative individual with solid experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Excellent communication skills, people leadership skills and project management skills
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
Experience with HubSpot or other omnichannel marketing platform
Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., Feathr)
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
BS/BA degree in marketing or relevant field
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
