The Director of Enrollment and Marketing for Rabb and Brandeis Online is responsible for all of the enrollment and marketing efforts for Rabb and Brandeis Online. The Director oversees, develops and leads the implementation and development of an enrollment and marketing strategy, plan, and budget. Main responsibilities include developing and overseeing the admissions process, enrollment management, marketing, communications, and branding of our partner organizations, online degrees and programs, and corporate partnerships. This role is responsible for developing guidelines and ensuring the alignment of admissions and marketing efforts with the processes and procedures at Brandeis. Supervises marketing and enrollment partners, full and part-time staff in marketing and admissions, and student workers. Reports to the Vice President of the Rabb School of Continuing Education.
The hiring range for this position is $100k - $114k.
Responsibilities:
Admissions and Recruitment 30%
Create a recruiting strategy to support prospect conversion for programs.
Report on conversion and enrollment rates.
Coordinate with faculty and staff in scheduling and execution of admissions events.
Oversee rolling admissions processes for Rabb-GPS and all Brandeis Online programs. This includes monitoring the admissions pipeline and managing the enrollment partners. From initial application start to acceptance to ensure enrollment goals are met or exceeded.
Proactively recommend and manage admissions process changes that result from program changes including communication, pre[1]requisites, and admission criteria.
Lead the process for admissions committee members to evaluate applicants and enter decisions to ensure robust matriculation.
Finalize all admissions decisions and communicate with applicants.
Develop the strategy and lead the implementation of recruiting new and current corporate partnerships to increase enrollment.
Measure and analyze admissions performance and develop reports to present key performance indicators.
Marketing Strategy, Branding, and Operations 30%
Develop and oversee marketing strategy and plans for all Rabb School initiatives and programs, including Brandeis Online.
Approve and monitor messaging from external marketing partners.
Prepare and distribute general press releases.
Ensure alignment with brand identity in all marketing and communications.
Develop brand guidelines and student personas for new online programs and all Rabb initiatives.
Identify internal integrations and develop plans for comarketing of new online programs.
Coordinate with academic units and their partners to align online and on-campus programs admissions, marketing and communications.
Create, continually update, and execute marketing and enrollment plans and timelines for all Rabb initiatives including Brandeis Online programs.
Measure and analyze marketing performance and develop reports to present key performance indicators and ROI.
Manage external partners in their market research, collateral development, refreshes, and other strategies.
Conduct market and program analysis for new programs and program reviews.
Marketing Collateral and Media 15%
Maintain and develop online program websites and microsites.
Optimize website content for SEO and lead conversions.
Supervise blog initiatives by planning, acquiring, and editing content provided by stakeholders.
Design and approve marketing pieces including emails, creative briefs, print collateral, branded giveaways, videos, and ads.
Research and engage freelancers as needed.
Management 15%
Supervise, coordinate, and align the performance of external marketing firms ensuring timelines are met and quality metrics are in place.
Supervise full and part-time staff and student workers.
Set work priorities for marketing and communications team members and partners.
Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and on budget.
Opportunity Analysis and Fund Allocations 5%
Research and evaluate opportunities for lead generation sources including digital marketing agencies, pay-per-lead sources, program[1]specific promotional opportunities, market research firms, and other marketing-related vendors.
Education and Work Experience:
Bachelor's degree; Master's degree in Marketing or Business Administration preferred.
At least 8 years of related work experience with 3 years' supervisory experience.
Experience working in sales, marketing or online learning admissions.
Familiarity working with advertising agencies and an Outsourced Program Manager (OPM).Â
Significant experience and knowledge of Rabb's processes, operations, marketing and recruiting.
